Itinerary

Day 1: High Atlas Mountains – Kasbah Ameridil – Ouarzazate – Valley of Roses – Boumalne Dades

Departure of our 4 Days from Marrakech to Merzouga desert tour in the morning. At around 7 or 8 am, our driver will pick you up from your accommodation, and we will leave Marrakech through the Atlas Passes. On the road, we will make stops to enjoy the stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and Tizi N’tichka Pass (2260m). Day 2 : Dades Valley – Tinghir City – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Erg-Chebbi Sand Dunes (MERZOUGA

After a traditional Moroccan breakfast, we will start the Sahara desert tour from Boumalne Dades to Merzouga. In Boumalne, we’ll enjoy the panoramic views of Dades Valley. After that, we will drive to Tinghir city, where we can stop in the stunning Todra valley, with Berber villages and palm groves. Then, continuing to Todra Gorge, a chilly and natural place with its orange towering cliffs, the canyons of Todra Gorge are almost 1,000 feet deep. Also, it’s a preferred place for climbers, and we will take time to discover this incredible place. In the afternoon, we continue our road to the Sahara desert along many Berber villages such as Tinjdad, Melaab, and Erfoud. You will have time for Lunch on our way. Once we arrive at the magical land of Erg-Chebbi dunes, you will take a camel trek at about 1:30mim across the beautiful, unique orange-colored dunes to the desert camp. It is a great experience where you can feed your soul and enjoy the incredible sunset from the middle of the dunes. Dinner & overnight will be in camp, music played, and you can frolic on the dunes under zillions of stars.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani City – Alnif – N’kob – Tazarine – Agdez – Ouarzazate

Today, wake up early and climb the dunes to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. After breakfast & shower, you will ride the camel back to Merzouga town. We drive from Merzouga to Ouarzazate through Rissani (Tafilalt), where we will walk around the famous, traditional, and most significant market in the area, exploring the local-made goods and arts and crafts. It’s better to visit Rissani on one of the following days: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. On these three days, there is a souk, so it’s a good day for the people of the desert area who want to go shopping. Continue the journey via Alinf, Tazarine, and N’kob, where we will stop for lunch. We will drive along the beautiful Draa Valley in the afternoon, lined with old Kasbahs, Berber villages, and palm groves. Our tour continues to Ouarzazate through Agdez town and crossing the Anti-Atlas Mountains (1660m). In the evening, we’ll arrive in Ouarzazate; dinner and overnight will be in a Hotel / or Raid0.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Atlas Studios – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Ounila valley – Telouet village – High Atlas – Marrakech

On the last day of the 4 Days from Marrakech to the Merzouga desert tour, we will visit the world-renowned cinema studio (Atlas Studios) in Ouarzazate after breakfast. Our journey moves on to the next destination: Ait Benhaddou. This fortified walled city was constructed on the caravan route linking Marrakech and the Sahara.
